Established in 2000Located in Dongguan of Guangdong province, Hubei Changxin Hardware Products Co., Ltd was established in 2000 with the former name Dongguan Wanjiang Changxin Precision Hardware Factory (Dongguan Changxin Precision Components Co., Ltd) and specializes in development and production of accessories of micro-motor (commutators and electric brushes). The products are widely used in DVD/VCD, toy, electric power tool, model airplane, healthy products, and small domestic appliance and automobile control system with a wide range of application. The original factory located at Dongguan was about 5000 square meters with about 160 employees. The assembly factory was set in Yangye Town, Liuzhou in 2005 with about 60 employees including 3 R&D personnel, 11 technicians and 9 quality management personnel. The annual production capacity is about 250 million sets of commutators and electric brushes and the annual turnover reaches 25 million Yuan. Changxin has established favorable customers network in Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta upholding “long-term flourishing and never fades and credited development” as the principle and regarding “excellent quality and faithful service” as the work style through unremitting efforts of 8 years and has become well-known in micro-motor Industry.

At the end of April of 2007, the municipal leaders of Ehou carried out investment attraction in Shenzhen and Dongguan and gave publicity to reform and opening up policy and all types of preferential conditions of China mainland vigorously. With the care of leaders at all levels and the policy trend at home, we transferred the former production center located at Dongguan to Gedian of Ezhou gradually from January 2008 by taking this opportunity. We planed to invest 30 million in Gedian development zone to build our own production and research base. We prepared 150 million Yuan at present and started the production and operation in March 2008 formally.

The economic situation throughout the world is depressed at present. We completed the investment strategic transfer in advance and avoid the risk reasonably. Although it produced some impact on the current market, the normal production and sale could be guaranteed basically and favorable operation was formed. For the overall planning and prediction in this year, we have confidence to try to improve 10% on the basis of original production and sale achievement.

We also pay attention to development of new products and development of similar products among multi Industries and technical innovation and have developed Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai markets at the same time. We hope to utilize the product of small electric appliance and control system to center on automobile Industry and electric appliance Industry of Hubei province with the great care of leaders at all levels in light of the advantage close to Wuhan in 2009.
